By purchasing a pre-order item, you agree that your item will not be shipped until the timeframe mentioned in the individual item's description. The ETA is an estimate that is subject to change depending on external factors like supply chain issues, etc. We are dependent on outside vendors to provide services like painting and printing of enclosures. Sometimes these vendors are backed up and that pushes our own timelines farther than initially expected. In the event that pre-orders take significantly longer than expected, customers will be notified via email.

Refunds can not be given for most pre-order items. Our pedals are made to order. That means we do not maintain an inventory of finished pedals. Parts are ordered and and pedals are built individually based on the amount of customer orders made. This is especially true for limited edition versions of pedals. Orders can not be transferred between one version of a pedal to another except in special circumstances.
