The Micro Penis is modeled after the design of a golden pedal from Acapulco, upgraded with an added input gain control, then shrunken down to a micro footprint. The gain control increases the versatility of the original design to mimic dialing down your guitar's volume knob. This is a minimalist distortion that, when cranked, embodies the spirit of a pushed tube amp. It dooms, it blooms, and everything in between. Even at its lowest gain, it can simply be used as a dirty boost to drive the input of your amp to oblivion, or use any combo of amp and pedal distortion. Be careful because this little guy knows how to overcompensate, it even has enough power to drive a speaker directly! You could slip this little thang into your pocket and no one would even know what you were packing but don't let its diminutive size fool you. It's not about the size of the pedal, it's the amount of thrust it can provide to get your tone swollen and dripping in saturation.
